All New items sold by Precision Camera are Brand-New, Factory-Fresh and complete in original box with standard accessories as packaged by the manufacturer, including the required documents for full USA warranty. We are an authorized dealer for all items and provide you with our Sales Invoice. It will include a complete description and serial number, which is usually required for Warranty Service.

I had issues with a 5 year old Digital Camera purchased at your store. Dear Jerry,
You have a new customer and one who will refer others. I found your web site while doing a search for places where I could replace a camera bag that was stolen from my vehicle. Due to my leaving on a short vacation in a couple of days from my order, and my work schedule (24 on / 48 off shift) I needed to get it replaced right away. The delivery was also important so that I was there to receive it.
The salesperson [John Cearley] was great and helped me with just about everything I needed. The shipping was a bit of a problem due to UPS service here, but that is not your fault. I did receive the order last night, about 42 hours from my departure time. I must add that Stacey went beyond what is normally found in good customer service. She delivered great customer service and is one of the reasons I have switched from ordering from B&H photo in NYC to Precision Camera. I have 30 years of photography work from business to pleasure to commercial. From having my own darkroom to the new digital camera and using my computer as my new darkroom. It just keeps getting better every day. Knowing there are places like yours makes it even better.

Having found Precision Camera on the net, I was hoping your staff wasn't like the other dolts I had to speak with at different stores (via the net) who didn't know about what business they were really in. Today, I purchased a Nikon 990 and a bunch of add-on stuff (about two-grand worth) thanks to your sales person, Ian. As I do not know much about photography in general, let alone digital cameras, he spent the time necessary on the telephone with me to answer my many neophyte questions and put me at ease during my decision making process. The same as I have to do for my many clients and as, I am sure you have had to do countless times over.
He seems like he can think on his feet and his telephone sales manner was very good. As an employer, I would say don't lose this guy. It was a pleasure doing business with Ian and Precision Camera. I hope any future dealings will be as pleasant. In this age where geographical boundaries mean nothing to the sales process, I look forward to being a repeat customer.
This is a totally unsolicited note. When a guy does something well, his boss should know. He did a very good job.

In a world full of stories from people who never see their orders delivered to them from internet companies, you guys have delivered.
I placed my order, you couldn't fulfill a complete order, so you gave me the option to take a partial or wait for the complete order to be available. I opted to wait for the complete order, figuring that was the last I would hear from you. But no. A couple of weeks later I receive an email telling me that my complete order was ready, and asking if I still wanted the product. I did, but I took a couple of days to think about it. Then I received another email and I figured that anyone who had that amount of follow through desirved my business, so I returned an email saying Yes, please send the order. It was at my door just a few days later. So to quote Arnold, "I'll be back."
