And, now, you're carrying Apple computers, so we'll be doing more business. One of the main reasons for our satisfaction with your firm's performance is your salesman, Ian McEnroe. He is accessible, knowledgeable and follows up faithfully when we have a question for him. Also, he relates to customers well. For instance, he 'cures my ignorance' on technical questions politely and thoroughly, without being condescending - something that really gets on my 'left nerve.'
