All new items sold by Precision Camera are brand-new, factory-fresh and complete in original box with standard accessories as packaged by the manufacturer, including required documents for U.S.A. limited warranty. We are an AUTHORIZED U.S.A. DEALER for all items we sell and we provide you with our sales invoice. It will include a complete description of items purchased including all serial numbers, which are usually required for warranty service.

Note: New products purchased from non-authorized dealers usually DO NOT qualify for warranty service in the U.S.A.
Precision Camera also offers in-house repair services for out-of -warranty items. Please contact us for further information.

Statement of Guarantee

Precision Camera and Video will facilitate repairs of equipment purchased from us through the manufacturer's warranty (when applicable), or through our repair services and will make available equivalent replacement parts for products sold to the state for at least 3 years after the product is discontinued.
