General Policies and Information:

  1. Quotes and Bids:
    We would be happy to receive your Bid and Quote requests. To submit a bid request call our Institutional Sales Department between 9 and 6 Monday-Friday at 1-800-677-1023 ext. 360 or e-mail us anytime at
  2. Forms of Payment:
    We accept Credit Cards, Personal Checks (with approval), Certified Checks, Money Orders. In addition, we accept purchase orders from Federal, State and Municipal agencies, Educational Institutions, and other accounts, with an approved account application.. We prefer a hard copy of the PO by fax or e-mail. U.S. companies and U.S. residents may request a credit application for a NET 30 account. All open account terms are NET 30 days after date of invoice. Texas residents may submit Tax Exemption and Resale forms.
  3. Special Orders: (for equipment not in stock)
    Special orders require full payment in advance (except for established Net 30 accounts) and are non-returnable.
  4. Return Policy:
    Most items purchased from Precision Camera returned within 14 days from the date of purchase with the original receipt are eligible for refund or exchange.  Unless defective, they are subject to a restocking fee. See our full return policy for details.
  5. Shipping:
    We ship via UPS Ground service, fully insured, to the USA and Canada only. We charge actual shipping/insurance costs plus handling, and require a signature upon delivery. Orders in by 3PM Central Time will usually ship that day. Expedited shipping services are available upon request.
