I just wanted to leave a message stating how unbelievably amazing Precision Camera is with customer service!!! My wife and I rented some equipment for a wedding this past weekend. Included in that was the D1 Profoto light kit which we were excited about using. The night we picked it up (the night before the wedding), we got some phone calls from Precision stating that the power cords had not been in the kit. Doing what they do best, they drove out to where we were in South Austin and brought us the power cords!! Life savers. And then the day of the wedding, we had a camera fail and Precision once again stepped up to the plate and brought a new camera out to us. I can't say enough good things about all of the people we have dealt with at that store! There's a reason we drive from Hutto, where we live, down to Precision to do business. You guys ROCK!!! Thank you so very much.

I had been looking for a particular product for months so I looked on your website. The item wasn't listed so I decided to call and see if you had it. You did have it so I was put through to a member of your sales team. I was a bit skeptical about not having a tracking number for my order (It had to be shipped to a PO Box) but everything ended up fine. In face, the employee told me that my item wouldn't be shipped until the next day because the Post Office had already picked up items for shipment that day. To my surprise, I had my item THEY VERY NEXT DAY! I just can't say enough with how everything went!

I would like to thank you again for your great customer satisfaction for your help in getting proper repairs from Canon. I am just a camera enthusiast- not a professional at all. I had issues with a 5 year old Digital Camera purchased at your store. I was calling with just a question whether my camera might be repairable - and was instructed to contact Canon direct- as there was a recall on this particular issue. It was a painless ordeal and within 10 days I had my camera back - repaired - at no expense at all. Had I not contacted you - perhaps I would have been out the cost of a new camera. I do so appreciate your help in this matter and will always be a customer.. Your staff is to be commended highly - as I was at the mercy of your expertise as to repairs. I do so appreciate the honesty, professionalism, and integrality. Precision Camera has been my one stop camera shop for many years and I will continue to send customers your way.
