When can I pick up my prints?
If you order online, we’ll email you when it’s ready. Orders submitted after close are received the following day. Turnaround times are subject to order volume and are estimated, not guaranteed.

Can I email images to be printed?
We recommend ordering online to preview cropping, choose your turnaround time, and receive email notifications at submission and completion. If you prefer to email your order, please send images as attachments or send a dropbox link to email@example.com, and include a phone number. We’ll call you to confirm order details and collect payment information. Posted turnaround times do not apply to emailed orders which may be further delayed during peak volume.
How long will you keep my order?
Completed orders are stored for up to 90 days awaiting pickup. We make all reasonable attempts to contact customers before securely discarding abandoned orders.
Images in print look different than they do on-screen. If you work in a color managed environment, you can download our print profiles and use them to soft proof. For color-critical work, we recommend a test print.
