The Canon EOS 6D Mark II DSLR Camera makes full-frame imaging more accessible by putting full-frame performance into a compact, fully featured DSLR. It features a 26.2 Megapixel full-frame CMOS sensor as well as a powerful DIGIC 7 Image Processor that helps deliver amazing performance and results, even at expanded ISO settings. This setup offers an improved native sensitivity range of ISO 100-40000, which can then be expanded to ISO 50-102400, as well as shooting rates of up to 6.5 fps. Its impressive optical viewfinder offers 45 all cross-type AF points which allow for faster acquisition of your subject. The sensor also offers a Dual Pixel CMOS AF technology that provides a boost to focusing in live view and video shooting, which is complimented by its 3" 1.04m-dot Vari-angle Touch Screen LCD, which permits use at various angles with intuitive controls. Hybrid stills/video shooters will both enjoy the ability to create 4K time-lapse movies as well as HDR video with dedicated settings and modes. Additionally, the body is durable, dust and water resistant with many connectivity options such as Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth, for connecting to a smart device, and built-in GPS for geotagging your photos.

26.2 MP Full-Frame CMOS Sensor and DIGIC 7 Image Processor

The 6D Mark II uses a 26.2 MP full-frame CMOS sensor that works in tandem with a DIGIC 7 Image Processor to create sharp, vivid imagery and video as well to take full advantage of Canon's collection of EF lenses. Capable of sensitivities ranging from ISO 100-40000 which is expandable to ISO 50-102400, if desired. Its 7560-pixel RGB+IR metering sensor helps minimize the impact of flickering lights in your images and ensures accurate reading of the entire scene.

45-Point All-Cross Type AF and Dual Pixel CMOS AF Systems

To ensure every shot is tack sharp, the 6D Mark II has a wide-area, 45-point all cross-type AF system. The AF system can operate in lighting conditions as low as -3 EV and will work with various EF lenses with maximum aperture of f/8 and smaller, though with maximum of 27 points. It also features 4 types of area selection modes for use in a number of different AF situations. These include user-selectable Single-point AF; Zone AF, where users can select from one of 9 predefined AF zones; Large Zone AF, where one of three zones can be selected; and 45-point AF auto selection, where the camera detects the AF point automatically.

You can now use Dual Pixel CMOS AF on the actual imaging sensor when using Live View and recording video. This offers a wide coverage of phase-detection auto-focus for faster and more accurate focusing in these modes. This feature is ideal for video as users will enjoy smoother rack focusing, as well as with the touchscreen functions, allowing shooters to just tap to adjust focus.

Full HD Video Recording

The 6D Mark II will be sure to thrill movie-makers of all skill levels with its powerful features, simple operation and stunning results. It offers sharp, beautifully exposed 60p videos in bright daylight or dusk and in any speed of action. It features Digital IS with 5-axis image stabilization to minimize the appearance of camera shake for sharper handheld shooting, which really benefits recording while walking or moving. The Vari-angle Touch Screen LCD also makes it easy to compose from almost any vantage point, while Creative Filters and a clever Video Snapshot feature encourage experimentation. File sharing is made fast and easy with the ability to record movies as both MOV and MP4 files. Audio is high quality as well, with the ability to use either the built-in microphone or an external microphone via a 3.5mm input.
