Birds in Flight Shooting Experience

Join us for birds in flight and live falconry demonstrations. During this class, you will get up close and personal with flying birds, trained and handled by a professional falconer. The class will include flying demonstrations and ample opportunity to photograph the birds as they fly predictably in a beautiful setting.

Bosque Del Apache Excursion

Join Precision Camera and Andrew Fritz for a 3-day excursion in the beautiful Bosque del Apache which sits along the Rio Grande in New Mexico. In the fall, Bosque is one of the great wildlife spectacles in North America. Each morning, flocks of thousands of snow geese take off in mass from marshes — backed by beautiful New Mexico sunrises and rugged mountains. Thousands of Sandhill Cranes roost alongside them and take flight in smaller groups.
Photo Adventures & Excursions
FEB 19-21 with Andrew Fritz
During this workshop we will focus on photographing birds in action: mating, feeding and raising their young. We will be visiting Padre Island National Seashore, Laguna Madre, Mustang Island State Park and Aransas Pass National Wildlife Refuge.
OCT 3–6 with Mandy Lea
Mandy will guide you to beautiful locations throughout Big Bend National Park — including classic views of the Chisos Basin, Santa Elena Canyon and the Rio Grande River. You will also get the opportunity to explore other photogenic areas nearby.
JUNE 26 with For Spite Creative & Fujifilm
Students of this class will have exclusive access to Empire Control Room to learn from Casey Holder & Matt from Fujifilm as they share everything from "must have" shots to concert etiquette. Fujifilm will also provide FREE loaner equipment for use!
