The Pelican 1525 Air Carry-On Case- Black, with TrekPak Insert combines strength with lightness in its watertight, crushproof and dustproof body. Now optimized for travel, the Pelican 1525Air conforms to most airline rules and regulations for maximum overhead and check-in dimensions.

The Pelican 1525Air is made of a super-light proprietary HPX polymer, with honeycomb structural elements, which is up to 40% lighter than most other Pelican polymers. This case also features ABS double-throw latches that accept a user-supplied padlock, a watertight O-ring gasket, an automatic purge valve, and stainless steel hasp protectors. For easier case ID, there is a removable polycarbonate card holder that can be placed on the front or the side of the case.

It features TreckPak and uses pre-installed wall sections, divider panels, locking pins, and an easy-to-use cutting tool. Simply lay your gear in the case, measure and cut the divider sections, and lock them in place with the steel U-pins. Extra divider material is included for occasions where your equipment requirements vary. 7/16" thick divider sections are made of waterproof, closed cell foam that is laminated to a rigid, corrugated plastic panel that resists tearing and shredding. The TrekPak is combined with 1" bottom foam and lid foam to give your gear 360-degree protection.
