Shipping Information

Free Shipping Program

We will periodically offer free shipping programs on specific products that are shipping within the Continental US are eligible for free ground shipping.

 Here are the key points of our program:

  • Only orders shipping within the Continental U. S. are eligible for free shipping.   
  • APO, FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and shipments outside of the U.S. are not eligible.
  • If the item shipped to you free and you return it for credit or refund, we will subtract the actual cost of outbound shipping from your refund.
  • 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air and other express shipments are not eligible.

Free Local Delivery

Yes, we do offer free delivery service within approximately 10 miles of the store.  There is a $200 minimum order.  If you have questions of whether or not you're within the delivery area, please call us. Deliveries are usually made in the morning so your delivery may be next day. Deliveries are not made on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

General Shipping Information

Most products will ship the day of purchase if purchased prior to 3pm central time.
 
Exceptions:
  • Some paper and ink products are drop-shipped and may ship the next day. 
  • Pre-order items will ship as soon as received with priority given to those who have paid in full, put a cash deposit down, or asked to be on the waitlist, in that order.
  • Orders that require additional credit screening may take longer as shipment can be made only after full approval. 
  • Products purchased with e-checks or with a hold on the Paypal purchase ship as soon as payment clears. 
Most orders are shipped via UPS.  Therefore we cannot always ship to P.O. Boxes or APO, FPO addresses.  Smaller items may be shipped via USPS.  These shipments can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO, FPO addresses though shipping costs are higher for APO and FPO shipments.  
 
All orders are shipped fully insured. If your product arrives damaged, please let us know immediately.  If possible, please note shipping damage with the carrier at  the time of delivery.
 
Upon receipt of your new merchandise, please inspect it carefully as to contents and condition. All claims for damaged or missing items MUST be reported to Precision Camera within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise. In the event your package arrives damaged, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the carrier to inspect the package to assure full refund/replacement.
 
All packaging MUST be retained until the problem has been resolved. Carefully unpack and inspect all merchandise. Please DO NOT damage the manufacturer's packaging. DO NOT fill out the manufacturer's warranty cards until you are absolutely sure you want to keep your merchandise. We cannot accept merchandise for return with completed warranty cards of damaged or missing collateral material. Do not throw away any of the packaging materials such as boxes, instructions, inserts, bags, etc until you are completely sure you want to keep the equipment. Keep your Invoice with your important records. Read all instruction manuals BEFORE testing your equipment. Precision Camera will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. Our sole responsibility is for the monetary value of the merchandise. 

Orders shipping to an address that is different from the billing address

Fraud rates are rising for online stores.  In order to protect our customers and our business, we ask customers who wish to ship to an address other than the credit card's billing address to use specific checkout services.  In order for us to honor your request to ship to a different address, one of these processes must be used:
  • Checkout and pay through Google Checkout, or
  • The shipping address must be listed with your bank, on that credit card account. 
We apologize for these extra steps.  Please note we may call you to verify your information and there may be a shipping delay if we have to wait for clearance from the processor. 
 

International Shipping

Precision Camera can only ship outside the United States to the United Kindom (UK) and Canada if you register and pay through PayPal.
