Free Shipping Program
We offer free ground shipping on orders over $250 on specific products that are shipping within the Continental US.
Here are the key points of our program:
Only merchandise orders shipping within the Continental U. S. are eligible for free shipping with a minimum purchase of $250. APO, FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and shipments outside of the U.S. are not eligible. We require shipment to the same address as the billing or PayPal confirmed address. If the item shipped to you free and you return it for credit or refund, we will subtract the actual cost of outbound shipping from your refund. 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air and other express shipments are not eligible. Photofinishing & certain oversized items, such as printers, monitors, and scanners are excluded.

Free Local Delivery
We do offer free delivery service within approximately 10 miles of the store within Austin city limits. There is a $250 minimum order for free delivery, or a $15 delivery charge is applied to your order. If you have questions of whether or not you're within the delivery area, please call us. Deliveries are made in the morning so your delivery will be made the next business day after the order is placed and require a signature. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
If you are not present at the delivery address during the delivery window, we will move the order to in store pick up. Additional shipping charges will apply if you want it to be shipped or attempted for delivery again.
In-Store Pick Up
Precision Camera & Video requires the card holder or confirmed person on a PayPal payment to be present during in-store pick up. If the card holder is not present, we can ship to the billing address of the card holder or confirmed PayPal address as an alternative. We require the card used online to be present during pick up along with a copy of the cardholder's ID.
General Shipping Information
Most products will ship the day of purchase if purchased prior to 1 p.m. CST on a business day. Orders for in-store pick up placed Monday-Friday (9 a.m.-6 p.m.) are generally ready for pick up within an hour, but we will email you as soon as your order is ready. In-store pick up orders require card holder to be present during pick up. Bring your ID and card used to place the order online.
UPS 2nd Day Air & UPS Next Day Air are based on business days, and shipments will not be delivered on weekends.
Exceptions:
- Some paper and ink products are drop-shipped and may ship the next day.
- Pre-order items will ship as soon as received with priority given to those who have put a deposit down, or asked to be on the waitlist, in that order.
- Orders that require additional credit screening may take longer as shipment can be made only after full approval.
- Products purchased with e-checks or with a hold on the Paypal purchase ship as soon as payment clears.
Most orders are shipped via UPS. Therefore we cannot always ship to P.O. Boxes or APO, FPO addresses. Smaller items may be shipped via USPS. These shipments can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO, FPO addresses though shipping costs are higher for APO and FPO shipments.
All orders are shipped fully insured. If your product arrives damaged, please let us know immediately. If possible, please note shipping damage with the carrier at the time of delivery.
Upon receipt of your new merchandise, please inspect it carefully as to contents and condition. All claims for damaged or missing items MUST be reported to Precision Camera within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise. In the event your package arrives damaged, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the carrier to inspect the package to assure full refund/replacement.
All packaging MUST be retained until the problem has been resolved. Carefully unpack and inspect all merchandise. Please DO NOT damage the manufacturer's packaging. DO NOT fill out the manufacturer's warranty cards until you are absolutely sure you want to keep your merchandise. We cannot accept merchandise for return with completed warranty cards or damaged or missing collateral material. Do not throw away any of the packaging materials such as boxes, instructions, inserts, bags, etc. until you are completely sure you want to keep the equipment. Keep your Invoice with your important records. Read all instruction manuals BEFORE testing your equipment. Precision Camera will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. Our sole responsibility is for the monetary value of the merchandise.
International Shipping
At this time, we are not able to offer international shipping, including shipping to Canada. We apologize for this inconvenience. We also do not ship to freight forwarders for any reason, regardless of billing location. All orders made with a freight forwarder as the shipping address will be declined and refunded.
