Jasper Johal is a professional photographer with more than three decades of experience creating architectural, advertising, and editorial imagery for clients and publications worldwide. His architectural photographs have appeared on magazine covers and editorial spreads, including Architectural Record, and have been commissioned by architects, designers, and developers for marketing and publication.

 

Over his career, Jasper has photographed a wide range of subjects—from fashion, dance, and travel to architecture and interiors—developing a distinctive approach centered on the expressive use of light, precise composition, and respect for design intent. His images have been published and licensed internationally across North America and Europe.

 

Jasper brings this cross-disciplinary experience into his teaching, helping photographers understand how to translate architectural space into compelling two-dimensional imagery.
