Precision Staff Spotlight: Ian McEnroe

Our people are the strength of Precision Camera, and we are incredibly proud of them. We encourage our employees to take on creative projects to benefit their growth as artists and to continue building their skills and knowledge of photography. Our Commercial Sales Representative, Ian McEnroe, is in the final stages of publishing a Día de Muertos cookbook with his wife, Mariana Nuño-Ruiz McEnroe. 

This has been a five-year long journey for the McEnroe family. Their dream has persevered through the test of time and the notorious year of 2020... After years of research, travel, cooking and photographing Día de Muertos in Mexico, they have cultivated a cookbook to share their story and their experiences with the holiday. 

"The idea behind this book was to create an authentic Mexican cuisine cookbook that explores the Mexican holiday of Día de Muertos—the Day of the Dead—and the wonderful traditional foods and culture associated with it."

Though the content of the book is finished being developed, they are in need of pledges to help print and produce their dream. Check out their Kickstarter campaign to pre-order the book, or pledge any amount towards the production of Dining with the Dead.
