Indoor Environmental Off-Camera Flash Portraits
with Tim Babiak

Many times, we photograph people indoors but the light isn’t quite right. On-camera flash may help but the best results are achieved by using off-camera flash. This may seem simple but we can quickly be challenged by a multitude of photographic challenges

Please register early, within 5 days of the start date, to reduce the likelihood of course cancellation.

Topics Covered

- Gear – the stuff you need and the stuff you can live without.

- Lighting modifiers – umbrellas, softboxes reflectors and more.

- Location selection and composition.

- Blending ambient light with flash.

- Classic portrait lighting setups that work for everyone

- Posing basics – how to pose anyone to make them look their best

This class is targeted for all levels of photographers who wish to photograph people using natural indoor environments.
