Rental Rates & Terms

Daily Rentals: Due back within 24 hours of pickup.
Weekend Rentals: Pickup on Friday between 4–7 PM; return on Monday between 10 AM–12 PM.
Weekend Rate: Charged at 1.5× the daily rate.
Weekly Rate: Covers a full calendar week and is charged at 3× the daily rate.
Security Deposit: A minimum deposit of $250 is required for all rentals, with a maximum deposit equal to the full value of the rented equipment.

Rental Requirements

A valid driver’s license and credit card are required for all rentals. We are unable to accept checks for deposit purposes. Rental deposits are secured via a credit card authorization. In place of a deposit, customers may provide a Certificate of Insurance with coverage equal to or greater than the required deposit amount. The certificate must list Precision Camera and remain on file for the duration of its validity. Customers with approved in-house credit accounts are not required to provide a collateral deposit for rentals.

Late Fees
A two-hour grace period is provided for all returns. Rentals returned after this grace period will be charged at the daily rate for each overdue day. Weekend, weekly, and monthly rates do not apply to late returns.

Reservations & Cancellations

The full rental amount is charged at the time of reservation. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled rental start time to receive a full refund.

First-Time Renters
First-time renters are required to complete ID verification and submit an online rental request 24–48 hours prior to their scheduled pickup window.

Same Day Rentals
Same-day rentals—defined as requesting and picking up equipment on the same day—are not permitted unless the customer has completed ID verification and has an established rental history with Precision Camera & Video.
