DJI Osmo Pocket Gimbal
The DJI Pocket 2 is a compact, pocket-sized handheld gimbal camera designed for travel, vlogging, run-and-gun content creation, and hybrid use alongside larger camera systems. Built around a 1/1.7-inch CMOS sensor with a 16MP native resolution and a 64MP high-resolution capture mode, it records 4K video at up to 60fps and 100Mbps, with slow motion available at up to 240fps in 1080p. The built-in 3-axis motorized gimbal provides stabilization across pan, tilt, and roll axes, and the 20mm f/1.8 equivalent fixed lens gives it a wide, fast optic suited to indoor and low-light use. At 117g and fitting in a shirt pocket, it is one of the most compact stabilized 4K camera systems available.
The Pocket 2 adds meaningful upgrades over the original Osmo Pocket, including the larger sensor, the wider and faster lens, Hybrid AF 2.0 combining phase and contrast detection, and the DJI Matrix Stereo four-microphone array with audio zoom that follows the camera's zoom level. ActiveTrack 3.0 handles automatic subject tracking via the built-in 1-inch touchscreen without requiring a connected smartphone. The modular base supports optional accessories including a wide-angle lens, wireless microphone adapter, and phone mount. Storage is via microSD up to 256GB; USB-C charging is built in with an 875mAh internal battery rated for up to 140 minutes of use. This is a used example in the Precision Camera inventory.
