Used 7Artisans 60mm f/2.8 Macro II Lens for FUJIFILM X
The 7Artisans 60mm f/2.8 Macro II is an APS-C manual focus macro prime for mirrorless cameras, delivering a 1:1 life-size maximum magnification ratio and a 90mm equivalent angle of view on Fujifilm X-mount bodies. The Mark II improves on the original with a revised 11-element optical formula incorporating HOYA low-dispersion glass elements for improved sharpness and chromatic aberration control, a lighter and more compact all-metal body, and an internal focusing design that keeps the barrel length constant throughout the focus range — an advantage when working close to subjects. At 339g and 60x80.5mm, it is compact relative to most 1:1 macro lenses.
The 9-blade de-clicked aperture ring operates smoothly for both stills and video use, and focus distance and depth of field scales are engraved on the barrel for reference during precise manual focus work. The floating elements design maintains consistent image quality and corner sharpness across the full focus range from macro distances through infinity, making the lens useful for portrait and general telephoto work as well as dedicated macro shooting. No electronic contacts are included; focus peaking and other manual focus aids operate through the camera body.
