Used 7artisans M 28mm f/5.6 Lens
The 7artisans M 28mm f/5.6 is a manual focus wide-angle prime lens built for full-frame Leica M-mount rangefinder cameras, offering a budget-friendly alternative to Leica's own 28mm f/5.6 Summaron. Its compact size and modest maximum aperture make it well suited to landscapes, cityscapes, architecture, and street photography.
The optical design uses 6 elements in 4 groups, including two ED elements and one high refractive index element, aimed at high contrast and strong color reproduction. Rather than the traditional focus tab found on similar lenses, this one uses a small focus lever paired with an infinity lock, requiring the lever's button to be pressed both to leave and to return to the infinity position. An 8-blade diaphragm and included bayonet lens hood round out a compact, all-metal build.
