Used JCPenney 135mm f/2.8 for K-mount
The JCPenney 135mm f/2.8 is a manual focus telephoto prime built for Pentax K mount film SLRs. Popular through the department store camera counters of the 1970s and 80s, it offers a classic telephoto perspective with a fast f/2.8 maximum aperture, well suited to portraits and general telephoto work on manual K-mount bodies.
The lens features an all-metal barrel construction typical of the era, along with a built-in retractable lens hood for glare control. An A/M switch on the aperture ring allows photographers to choose between automatic (camera-metered) and manual aperture operation, giving it flexibility across different K-mount camera bodies. With a K-mount adapter, it can also be used on many modern mirrorless systems for manual telephoto shooting.
