The LaCie 2TB Rugged USB 3.1 Type-C External Hard Drive combines a USB 3.1 Type-C interface with data transfer speeds of up to 130 MB/s. It features a rugged and durable construction that provides a drop resistance of up to 4', crush resistance of up to 1 ton, and rain resistance, making the drive suitable for all-terrain storage. The drive can be used to store large Lightroom libraries, as a shuttle drive to transport footage from a set to post-production house, or just for general tasks. Encryption is also available if you are concerned about unauthorized data breaches.
The 2TB hard drive is compatible with both Windows and Mac, and is USB bus powered, so no external power adapters are required for use. Included is a USB 3.1 Type-C cable, a USB 3.0 Type-C to Type-A cable, and two years of Seagate Rescue Data Recovery Services.
