Used Nikon PC-Nikkor 28mm f/3.5 Lens for Nikon F
The PC-Nikkor 28mm f/3.5 is a manual focus perspective control (shift) lens for the Nikon F mount, made from 1980 until 2006. Shifting the lens up, down, or sideways keeps vertical lines parallel when shooting buildings and interiors without tilting the camera, and it’s also handy for stitching panoramas.
The lens shifts up to 11mm in any direction and rotates 360°, so the shift can be oriented however the scene needs. Image quality is best at around 8mm of shift. The optics are 9 elements in 8 groups with multi-coating and a 9-blade diaphragm, and the all-metal body takes 72mm filters. It uses a preset aperture with no coupling to the camera body, so exposure is metered with stop-down metering, and it works best on a tripod. It fits film, DX, and FX Nikon bodies, and with an adapter it can be used on many mirrorless cameras.
