Used Rokinon 24mm T1.5 Cine ED AS IF UMC Lens for Canon EF
The Rokinon 24mm T1.5 Cine ED AS IF UMC is a manual focus wide-angle cine lens built for Canon EF-mount cameras with full-frame sensors, also compatible with APS-C bodies at a 38.4mm equivalent focal length. Its fast T1.5 maximum aperture is well suited to low-light filmmaking and shallow depth of field work, and its 84.1° angle of view on full-frame sensors makes it a strong choice for landscapes and immersive, wide-angle storytelling shots.
The optical design uses 13 elements in 12 groups, including four extra-low dispersion elements and two aspherical elements, to help control chromatic aberration and distortion. Industry-standard geared focus and aperture rings support standard follow focus systems, and the aperture ring is de-clicked for smooth, quiet iris pulls during recording. Focus and aperture scales are positioned on the side of the lens for easier reading by focus pullers, and UMC coating helps reduce flare and ghosting for contrast-rich, color-neutral footage.
