Rokinon 16mm T2.2 Cine ED AS UMC CS Lens
The Rokinon 16mm T2.2 Cine ED AS UMC CS is a manual focus wide-angle cine lens built for Micro Four Thirds cameras, producing an image circle that covers APS-C sized sensors or smaller. Its fast T2.2 maximum aperture and 83° angle of view make it well suited to interiors, landscapes, interviews, and other wide-angle filmmaking work.
The lens uses industry-standard 0.8 pitch gearing on both the focus and aperture rings for attaching a follow focus unit, and the aperture ring is de-clicked for smooth iris pulls while shooting. Focus, aperture, and depth of field markings are positioned on the side of the lens to aid focus pullers working from the side of the camera. Optically, it's built from 13 elements in 11 groups, including aspherical elements to help minimize distortion and chromatic aberration, with UMC coating to reduce flare.
