The new RPS Studio Handheld Boom Arm Kit gives the photographer the best of two options in one boom arm: the ability to work in the studio or out at an event location. It can be used handheld by an assistant or it can be mounted on to a stand. The boom arm has a 12 In. padded grip with finger grooves. The 3 section arm can be adjusted from approximately 27 In. to 68 In. in length. A fitting on the rear of the arm allows the attachment of a fillable sand bag. The tip of the arm is fitted with a 3/8 In. spigot with 1/4-20 male threads. The arm is attached to a stand via a standard boom connector.
