Used Zoom-Nikkor 80-200mm f/4.5 AI Lens
The Zoom-Nikkor 80-200mm f/4.5 AI is a manual focus telephoto zoom for the Nikon F mount, made from 1977 to 1981. It holds a constant f/4.5 aperture across the range, a classic portrait and event span, and a one-touch push/pull ring handles both zoom and focus, so it’s quick to use.
The optical design uses 12 elements in 9 groups with an 8-blade diaphragm. The barrel has a focus scale, a depth of field scale, and an infrared focus index, and the lens focuses as close as 6 feet. The 52mm filter thread takes standard filters, and the original HN-7 metal hood screws into it. The AI indexing works with AI-compatible Nikon bodies, and at about 1.6 pounds it’s a solid all-metal lens that adapts well to mirrorless cameras for manual focus telephoto work.
